OP aint een read his own article. The head of the LAPD police union said this dumb shit and the LAPD police chief said shit is fine and safe for tourists.

That union chief is a real dirt ball. He's been in like 5 shootings while on the force and last year his daughter killed a guy cuz he walked toward her and her partner with a box cutter.
