healing factor would be dope....
you can drink all day with no damage to your body...
u could really eat what you want cuz your body not gonna get fat...
when u work out you'd get more from every work out cuz you'd essentially don't have to worry about recovery time.... that's pretty much how steroids work...so yea, i'd be living steroids...
doing that shit you could easily be a athlete in pretty much any sport and dominate for as long as you want.... u have enhanced stamina and strength, and your prime could go on forever...
well i mean you'd have to stop to not arouse suspicion.....but the money you'd make should be enough to fall off the face of the earth effectively....

like you just make people do whatever you want like on jessica jones... dude tells someone to do something and they have to do it....and you can just say "forget you saw me", and all memory of the shit is instantly gone....
you could pretty much house hop as long as you want....just walk into a persons house and tell them to make you dinner, and just chill until u want to leave. you could go to a bank and tell them to give you 10k then forget you ever saw me. and time you ever get arrested just tell the officer to let you go and forget they found you and to erase your name from all systems....
the shit is limitless.... you could live on earth as a God.....imagine being a drug dealer... you could go to buys and tell everyone with a gun to kill themselves. take all the drugs and the money and walk outta there like nothing happened.....
