i think they should be able to...

the way the support works sometimes breaks a nigga/lady

and it sometimes leaves the paying parent without much to work with if they dont have a second job,.

and if its support......its for the child...so let it help the child.

but too often if goes to shit that has nothing to do with the kid and the receiving parent has leverage to show the paying parent aint shit and a bum.

Yes. Depends on the child support payment. 200 dollars a month dont do that much. 3500 a month is different.

Depends on how even the kids time is split. Personally, I believe barring special circumstances, the kids should spend as equal time as possible with each parent. During said time, each parent should be responsible for supporting the kids on their own.

Also depends on how low the support is
