Either our prohibitory badly taught chemistry, or the breadth of Russian nature had an impact, but they right away limit it indiscriminately: - hashish (cannabis resin), - cannabis (marijuana), - cannabis oil (hash oil), not an awful lot understanding what exactly is blanketed. However, they also heard about THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), and consequently covered all its isomers inside the list. From this factor of view, CBD can be considered felony. According to the precept "not prohibited - it manner allowed." BUT ... Be aware that pills are made from hemp, this means that a) cannabis extract can without problems be called hashish oil, and you could’t show to everyone that this isn't the case, b) other materials, such as microscopic amounts of THC, are blanketed in the extract except CBD. In the latter case, again, the range of Russian nature can be exterminated - they may cling up all the internet / gross collectively (possibly, collectively with the parcel box) and call it drug smuggling on a massive scale.
