$25 + tip ($5 -10), same price for house calls. My hair grows slow, so I get a cut every ~6 weeks.

Any reason yall dont just twist em yourselves? Yall doing certain styles or just simple retwisting?

it'd prolly take a wk to do it myself cuz my arms get tired jus takin the plats down

plus it's relaxing goin to the shop & sittin at the bowl gettin a wash & whatnot

$20 plus
Frequency depends... Sometimes I'd rather go Turkish barber if I only want to get my beard lined up because they do tings well

I usually maintain my fro which about $50/month in products.

These braids was $250 and took 5 hours

Been my own barber since i was 22-23 when going to the barber took hours

I used to hate going to the barbershop on Saturday mornings. I'll go to the shop at 9:00am and won't get out until 12pm. Then peeps will be getting a haircut along with 2-3 of their sons as well. Now I go to this woman barber that's a friend to my family, and she cold on the clippers. She set by appointments. Although, it cost more but it made the game alot easy than staying in those shops for 3-5 hours for a haircut.

Idk how much he charges, i just give him 40 since the pandemic
