How do I create an income stream from this property?

I have a 4 bedroom / 2 bath house in Atlanta that was built earlier this year.....Does anybody have any insight on how I can generate a revenue stream by getting paid monthly by federal or state agencies (for example VA, Health and Human Services, etc)

I was told that the Department of Veterans Affairs offers $1,500 per month per veteran (sick, disabled, etc) if you allow them to stay in your house / rental property....the maximum amount of vets allowed in a residential single family house is 6 or 2 to a room......a nurse would periodically make day visits that you pay for but ultimately get reimbursed for.

I was also told that you could get reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, etc has a similar program

I keep researching by calling the previously-mentioned agencies and have came up empty, thanks!
