Everybody would list 10 albums from, say, the 90s. The albums that get repeated the most would be the top 10 albums.
So you could have two albums from 1996 and zero albums from 1991, or 3 albums from 1998 and one album from 1994.
When it's all said and done there's 10 albums from the 80s, 10 albums from the 90s, 10 albums from the 00s and 10 albums from the 10s
That's 40 albums.
