I'd say the rules should be that the song has to have a known rapper with a career and a known singer with a career. There's plenty of rap songs with unknown singers (Rainy Days by Raekwon comes to mind, A Rollerskating Jam Named Saturdays by De La Soul also comes to mind). I don't think songs like that should count.
