- How did these groups organize, approach and negotiate the government for their reparations?
- How did they as a group agree upon what was fair compensation for their treatment?
- How long did it take to negotiate with the govt and how long after their mistreatment did these reparations get handed to the aggrieved parties?
- How was it paid for/Who paid for it?
