Yeah, they backed out of the Guillermo Del Toro follow up and decided to go with a reboot. They are using David Harbour instead of Ron Perlman.

David Harbour is the guy who plays the cop in Stranger Things if you watch that. With all the makeup he looks a lot like Perlman hellboy does haha.
