Gunman stoned to death after fatal shooting at Texas party

A gunman who opened fire at a backyard gathering in Texas, k*lling one and injuring several others, was stoned to death when witnesses threw landscaping bricks at him, according to police.

The shooting broke out around 1 a.m. Monday in Fort Worth after a partygoer, who had left the house “upset,” returned with another person and began verbally f*ghting with another group in the backyard, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.

The suspect shot one of the other guests then, as he was fleeing, continued shooting.

The other partygoers allegedly chased him and began throwing the bricks.

The suspect fell, while still shooting, hitting at least two more people.

He was struck “multiple times” with at least one landscaping brick and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

Another victim was also pronounced dead at the scene and one other was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

No one involved in the shooting has been publicly identified.
