This was tough for me but I went with Banned From TV. I never forget the first time I heard it. I had an older cousin that was into rap heavy in the 90s. He had cds from all over. He had this track on a mixtape at the time. He used to always play this.

Tough decision. Everybody blacked out on Banned From TV, especially NORE but Money Power Respect transcends Hip Hop. Everybody knows that song and chorus.

My vote goes to Money Power Respect.
