My two favourite rappers of all time so this is hard... But Im voting for Pac as I think 'Holla at Me' is the one of the most underrated disses and addressed some real personal issues like the backstabbing and Quad shooting, plus you can hear the passion/anger/venting in his voice, like it really sounded like he was getting alot schitt off his chest...
