LA Knight debuted as a manager during the dark match that took place prior to WWE Friday Night SmackDown.

Knight managed former Retribution member Mace. Prior to the match, Knight cut a promo on behalf of his client and he stated that he was creating a stable called Knight Model Management.

As seen in the photo below, Knight was dressed in a suit and Mace’s look was also updated. This is Mace’s first match since the 11/21 episode of SmackDown where he wrestled in the Black Friday battle royal. WWE has not done much with Mace since Retribution broke up over a year ago but this appears to be an attempt to repackage him.
