Maaaaaaaaaaaan, this dude waited all those years being the happy/dancing negro to finally unleash the rage. He held all that shit in his heart and unleashed it probably in unhealthy ways. Every time I'd walk past a TV with him on there he looked mad as hell.

Basically. The fuckery from the corporate side is "if it's true, we've endorsed a rapist" or some shit and that can't be undone. If it's revealed to be untrue, re-hire and move on or find another athlete either way. That's business unfortunately. No one stands up and says, "Actually this is horseshit. People shouldn't be treated like this" and let's it go as "Just business." The whole notion that a fucked up pass at someone can ruin a career like a capital crime is ridiculous. Some of the stuff I've said that's worked, taken as just words with zero context, is kinda weird to think it's harassment. I also don't make it a habit to ask more than once.

Aside from outright rape or stalker level "Every day for 3 hours/days/weeks/months/years straight, he texted me his dick/said some shit" this is all blown out of proportion.

I can't imagine a sex convo at work, So-and-so talking about how deep her throat is, and me saying, "Prove how deep that throat is" suddenly kills her safety anymore than me saying, "I'm tired of women giving me the safety hand when I'm hitting them from the back" and so-and-so saying, "Prove it. Make me run then" should make me feel any type of way. Again, rape allegations: find out and fuck whoever does that shit. Shooting a shot? Check him/her and be done. Imagine if all the men in the world countered this stuff with stories about aggressive rapey women. Not to diminish the struggle, but, again, barring rape/attempted rape/continuous harassment shrug that ish off.
