One thing we gotta consider is better food distribution. You know how much food gets thrown away by retail stores and restaurants everyday? Food banks literally live off bulk food that's days away from their expiration date. Musk could give some of that money to the food banks so they could have a better outreach. It's not that there isn't enough food, there's just no way to get it to ppl that really need it.

A lot of people on Earth live in remote locations that are landlocked with no running water , there's is no paved roads or streets to transport the food, no electricity to store the food. There is enough food for everybody on Earth ,the problem is getting it to the people that needs it.
