Just based on the features and the song with 21 Savage I think it's gonna be lukewarm AF. Drake needs to cohesiveness within his albums and he'll be able to put out classic albums.

I think he made it a "playlist" to market it as an experimental album so if it flops he can reup with a mixtape/album or collab album to wipe that off his record.
