Yes but with super restrictions with the biggest one being she can't under any circumstances use the chat. I'm pretty sure I disabled it but yeah, she can't communicate with anyone

That's an ass whoopin and a half right there. Gave out the addy online??? My kids knew better than to do that dumb shit, and all 4 of them grew up with a PC of their own. You gotta establish ground rules about that kinda shit before you let 'em loose online and monitor their shit heavy. Can't be lazy about it either 'cause you could easily find yourself in a similar situation, but worse.
