I think this is a little bit vague so let me explain further. Yes the Phoenicians/ Canaanites have Caucasian ancestry. That's because Caucasian tribes like the Kura-Araxes or The Yamnaya assimilated and adopted into Canaanite and other Semitic cultures. There's so many Caucasian Zagros Mountain tribes that invaded.
