Denver Broncos up for sale valued at 4 billion

Robert f. Smith (who is originally from Denver) wouldn't need to pool with anybody.

(Then again, he may not want this to take up so much of his net worth at this point.)

Why do you say that?
I forgot all the details surrounding this particular ownership of the Packers but I remember just enough to safely say there will never be another community or town that owns a professional franchise.

The biggest reason is there won't ever be an opportunity for it to happen again because the league is probably capped at 32 teams and not looking for expansion as it currently exists and if they were to expand, it would consist of either one sole rich ass owner or an ownership group

He wouldn't. And I have it on good authority he's getting a pool of investors to try to seek majority ownership.
