Lox wasnt in pocket with their niche on this album. Even when you hear MPR and you hear P's verse. That dont sound like P as you know em now. Sheek was on a leash so he wasnt sheek as you know him. The only one that really got off was kiss.

With DI, that was their crew totally in their pocket. They had already found and established their voice.

This would be more fair with we are the streets and DI

Its makes for sense for this to be MPR vs SDE
