I believe the biggest problem in poor areas (urban and rural) is conflict resolution.
Conflict resolution is a way for two or more parties to find a peaceful solution to a disagreement among them. The disagreement may be personal, financial, political, or emotional. When a dispute arises, often the best course of action is negotiation to resolve the disagreement.
Simple arguments that end in shooting fighting and death. Will it fix everything? No! Will it be a instant fix? No! Will everyone jump on board? Hell no!
This is not my idea. This is a idea that has been floating in the ethos for years now.
