This reminds me of my childhood. I grew up in Wichita, KS and there were a few guys who rode horses around the neighborhood regularly in the summers. As kids, we were always fascinated by them. My dad always wore boots and a cowboy hat too. I keep a few pairs of boots and some cowboy hats in my closet to this day that I pull out for an evening out from time to time.

Can’t believe this movie didn’t get more love. And some of the early posts about not watching it for one reason or another are disappointing.

This movie was really good and highlighted a real life positive black reality in Philly. They had riders from the actual club as actors in the movie, and not just as bit parts either.

This should have been highlighted on a much larger scale than it was and I’m mad I never watched it before just now.
