Concerts, shows and festivals

Word....Life

Haa..I threw that shit before I walked in tha ROOM
Wit tha spring/summer rolling up I know there’s an ass of festivals and concerts in tha works out there across tha country...anybody got any plans to go to any?? Anything anybody wanted to see but can’t?? Speak on it here...

-This weekend I’m going to tha Big K.R.I.T. and Cyhi The Prince show...wit ‘ both artists releasing dope albums recently I know this shit gonna be fire...plus it’s at a smaller venue which I’ve always preferred over bigger concerts...super hyped for this

-I’ll be headed to Atlanta for tha TDE concert in May...I’m really looking forward to this show!! K Dot (who I personally believe is tha best in tha game right now), Ab-Soul (my personal favorite Black Hippy member), Schoolboy Q wit tha bangers and Jay Rock bringing that gangsta shit...only down side for me is Isaiah Rashad won’t be performing plus I’ll have to sit thru a few “singy niggas” but it’ll be outside so plenty of herb will be pumping to fill those gaps

-And finally I’ll be at tha OTR2 concert in August (probably smoking thru Beyonce’s set while I wait for Jay to get back on tha stage lol)...this concert season seems to shaping up...

A couple of pics from tha K.R.I.T. and Cyhi The Prince show from last night...got video too just don’t know how to post them lol

This was a fire show!! From tha jump, Cyhi, who opened tha show, had tha crowd rocking!! He performed almost every song off his newest release, No Dope On Sunday’s. All around me were fans who knew every word The Prince was spitting. When he got to tha track , Nu Africa, he spit his last verse over Nas’ classic for Lauren Hill, If I Ruled the World. After tha show I heard a few people who weren’t familiar wit Cyhi asking tha name of tha album so they could go DL it and ride home to it...dope shit

Once K.R.I.T. came out he took tha energy to another level...complete with emotionally gems plus bass heavy and speaker rattling classics. He took tha crowd on a “spiritual journey” with over an hour of some of tha more popular tracks off his newest album 4eva Is a Mighty Long Time. He controlled tha crowd wit every word and lyric that he sang or spit, showing off his excellence of each attribute...props to Cyhi The Prince and Big K.R.I.T. for putting on a fire ass show...
