Lets talk about it.
Pros and cons of capitalism for america and Black people.

Are you for or against it?

Why?

Is there a better option? what is it?

Nah

The competition aspect is cool in theory, but whites started the series with a 3-0 lead
but if pushed to their limit they tend to break.
but whos going to push them?

sometimes its not about playing to win....its play good enough for them to lose.

Capitalism in its current form in America is not sustainable in the long run, eventually it will collapse on itself when automation kicks in.

The Rich Paul Rule, and shit like that meant to break the spirit of the black entrepreneur that's winning. Is the embodiment of capitalism, when it's back bone is based in racist beliefs. Capitalism with the spirit of honest competition and independently monitoring entities is a working system. Unfortunately that is totally inhuman, and will never happen. Furthermore it will never be because it cant be spoken against in a productive manner that doesnt lead to filibuster and insensitive debate. It is what it is, the best way to thrive is to handle what comes, know it will never be all good. Watch ya back, build your team, watch your team. Same as it is in the streets, same as it is in the boardroom. Not matter the race, creed, or upbringing, humans gonna human.

Capitalism is bs because money isn't even real. We work, live, kill and die for pieces of paper that is not a resource then turn around and "purchase" our actual resources with this non resource.

Money literally does nothing and we literally do everything for it.

We do everything for something that does nothing for us.

When we step back and look at nature and the universe as a whole it seems that nature itself is socialism and and it practices the barter system. Everything exchanges, gives or trades resource for resource, everything is connected and everything works as a small part of the body of life for the greater good of the whole body.

You just fucked me up with this

As I got older and understood a few things more I always believed the statement

"Capitalism contains the seeds of its own destruction"

I will say this. This country does an outstanding job of brainwashing and dangling that carrot to most people that everybody can become rich and famous celebrities. When that is some bullshit but folks seem like they will forever go for it. Another layer to this the fact that so many people always want someone else to look down upon. It just helps keep a fucked up system in place.

ole circle of life ass nigga

This form of capitalism in this country is corrupted. People are not truly free and not everyone gets the same opportunities as the next person. The system needs to be revamped and reformed. Now mind you we all human. As long as people can produced negative emotions in the form of anger, envy and deception, corruption in some capacity will continue to exist regardless of any system that is implemented.

As for black people, we find a way to make it work either way because we're natural born survivors. The problem is we were so disenfranchised and victimized for decades and centuries in the form of racism and oppression, that we fell behind the ball trying to play catch up to those that took advantage of us. Generations of wealth built on our backs of free labor and we've yet to truly reap the benefits even today.

On top of that, the system keeps us separated within our culture because of this heightened urgency to ball, be no. 1 and crush all competition. We don't need each other anymore due to integration. So now it's like a royal rumble out here. But I do feel that with more awareness, more knowledge of saving and investing money, networking and consistency of obtaining resources we'll have a more clear shot at capitalism moving forward.

This speaks on more than capitalism for just black people but I thought it was a decent quick interview on the topic. The capitalism part of the discussion stops at 16:55

Capitalism looks good on paper but favors the wealthy. They had the head start, they made the rules, and their rules have no cap on the money they make. Which is the point I guess. But at what point do the ridiculously wealthy people decide they need to give their workers a serious raise? I understand people start business to make money but why does a man need 1 billion dollars? Or even more rediculous, why does a man need 150 billion dollars? Minimum wage in florida is a little over 8.00. The fuck is an adult supposed to do with that? Everyone isn't going to college and everyone can't go to college. That's going to put people in debt anyway. Regardless of the job people need to be able to realistically provide for their families. Understand how ridiculous having people in the 1 percent is. That's why I can't agree with capitalism. They can't control themselves and have no empathy for those below them.
