I take a picture of you. Then you make money off it. I sue you then the judge sides with me that’s insane.
This is like if someone took a pic of Obama and made money off it and then Obama wants to sue

The photographer owns what they take pics of unless otherwise stated (I made this up but I might be right)
You may not like it but it is the law. Photography is an art form, it would be treated the same as if an artist sketched a drawing of Cam'ron.
Copyright is a funny thing though...

A pic that belongs to the photographer, if I paint you it's still my painting and it's no difference with a picture
