I have never heard of any African woman named Caitlyn.
She's no African queen, she's mixed.

Her Father Is from Malawi in East Africa... In The African Culture if your Father is African You are African and her words is as good as his words in Malawi.

I LIVED in Africa and went to school there for a while. I had girls in my school whose moms were from Sweden or England or some other European country and their dads were African. Yeah they were mixed and got teased about being lighter than the rest but best believe they were still considered African.
On the guy side, I'll use Jidenna as an example. His mom is American, his dad is Nigerian. He considers himself both and he is right. Simple as that.
If she acknowledges, appreciates and incorporates her African side, I don't see why one can't call her an African queen.
