I knew a guy who was nice but ignorant on a whole lotta things n I found him exhausting to be around. he was also super insecure n that too wore down on me as a person, cuz there's reassuring sum1 n there's feeling emotionally labored cuz u r constantly tryna help them battle themselves. that cldn't progress n I cldn't choose him as anything other than a friend cuz his particular faults meant he wasn't a viable partner. so he was nice but it wasn't his niceness that acted against him.
