(CNN)A Florida bride and her wedding caterer have been arrested and accused of lacing wedding food, including lasagna, with marijuana and causing several guests to become sick, according to their arrest warrant affidavits.

Bride Danya Shea Svoboda, 42, and caterer Joycelyn Montrinice Bryant, 31, have been charged with culpable negligence, delivery of marijuana and violating Florida's Anti-Tampering Act, the affidavits say.

CNN has not been able to reach Svoboda and Bryant or determine whether they have attorneys.

One affidavit alleges Svoboda "agreed to and allowed Joycelyn Montrinice Bryant to lace the food she served ... with cannabis unbeknownst to the attendees, many of whom became very ill and required medical attention."

When Seminole County deputies arrived at a community clubhouse in Longwood on February 19, several wedding guests were being treated by county fire rescue personnel for "symptoms consistent with that of someone who has used illegal drugs," according to both affidavits.

When a deputy asked Danya and her husband, Andrew Svoboda, whether they had requested or consented to the food containing cannabis, Andrew "stared at (the deputy) with a blank expression for a few moments before stuttering through a 'no,'" the affidavits state.

Deputies collected food and glassware from the wedding venue that had been used by guests, including a beer glass, lasagna and desserts, the affidavits say. The lasagna later tested positive for THC, according to the documents.

Tests showed at least 3 guests with positive results

Some guests reported feeling "stoned" and "ill and high," the affidavits say, while another said he felt "weird, tingly, fidgety, and had an extremely dry mouth" after eating food at the wedding.

According to the affidavits, one woman who attended the wedding told an investigator that while she was at the hospital, she felt paranoid and "believed her husband ... wasn't telling her the truth about other family members," and that her son-in-law had died and no one was telling her. She said she became loud and unruly in the emergency room and had to be given medication to calm down.

Lab tests showed three wedding guests had urine tests that were positive for cannabis, according to the affidavits.

One guest told investigators that after she realized she was high, she asked Svoboda if "she had put marijuana in the olive oil," the affidavits say. The guest told a deputy Svoboda answered "yes" and "acted excited," according to the documents.

However, another guest said when she texted Svoboda from the hospital asking her what was happening and what she was given, the bride responded, "Uggg, we have no idea," the affidavits say.

According to court records, both Svoboda and Bryant have bonded out of Seminole County Jail and will be arraigned in June.

Lol all they had to drink water and lay down. The 3 guests acting like the bride and caterer pulled a skully is some bullshit
This is problematic af...there was no consent and cannabis is a drug. Reactions could have been much worse depending on who ingested it, their tolerance levels, and/or any pre-existing or undignosed medical/mental health issues.

Them injecting it without consent was wrong but I’m not feeling this smoky the bear shit in this thread. Y’all ain’t about to demonize weed in here lls

When keeping it real goes wrong 🤦🏿‍♂️

I've seen several people repost a meme about doing this..... And it's funny that someone thought it was a good idea..... SMH

All they had to do was provide an “alternative“ menu, letting them know that the ‘alternative’ part was laced and letting them make the choice, then they’d be fine.

No bueno. They could’ve gotten someone killed.

I hope the groom divorces her dumb, goofy ass.

Invitation me next time one of these junts go down.

I had a friend who was given food laced with thc. He didnt know. He doesnt do anything weed related. The person who gave it was a family member and that member didnt tell him. He started to fill high. Dude was pissed and tore into his family member. He was going for another promotion at his job. He failed the piss test and didnt get the promotion. I cant remember if he had any consequences handed down to him or not.

This is a pretty weed friendly board. Hell im going to a cannibus festival today...But giving someone something without their consent is always a no go. That's what's demonized.
The one in dc? Is it by the rhode island metro? Where that some what new soccer field is. I remember a couple of years ago seeing a cannabis festival over there when I was on the train. Didnt even know it was supposed to be happening. Never heard of it
