I wonder what this means for DC animated films if anything at all. They've had a dominant run on the animated side of things. Discover coming in and shelving those projects is not a good sign for things to come.

The animated series was still gritty. If they plan to go harder with this series then there might be some bullet wounds bodies and slight profanity.
