Anyone else hear this line on an almost too regular basis? As if you do not belong, or you are not expected to exist, and therefore your presence is a perpetual surprise?


Or am I reading too much into nothing and this thread should be merged into "off topic"?
 
This like when I walk by someone leaving their car and they hit the chirp. When I was young I used to feel triggered. But the older I got, I do it, and it's an unintentional habit. The vast majority of the time I'm looking pass the person walking by, barely paying them any attention.
