A dope new tune (hopefully a project) from Awon & Phoniks... Phoniks laced this beat as usual but everyone did their thing, including Ill Digitz on the cuts...

Of course the main reason Im posting this in 'The Record Store' is because my Top 5 GOAT rapper Masta Ace is STILL dropping constant heat on the regular at 54yrs!!!

Im mean, he is 54yrs old and does not sound outdated like alot of older rappers (like the dad trying to be cool with the kids) and always bodies the track...

Give Ace his flowers, he is so underrated its criminal...

Ive never heard of him either but yeah he killed it, I like the mellow flow... For some reason I got an Evidence/Dilated vibe at times...

I love the cut on that track too, one of my favourite Big L tracks...





Im gonna give the album a session later... Sounds a potential AOTY contender...

Phoniks always got smooth beats. I fuck w his instrumental albums heavy. He one my fav current producers.

Awon is cool but his subject matter be heavy alot. Like its rare when he jus rappin havin a good time. He always dead serious.

This album of theirs is a personal classic to me. These my fav tracks...

Ive had a listen to the album, its dope as fck, I kinda wish it dropped in the summer as with those smooth jazzy beats its defo one to play in the ride when the suns out... Defo one of my favourite projects of the year so far...

Its hard to choose a favourite joint but I think its either 'Falling' or like you say 'The Cool Out'...
