We got some salons and some yerberias (drug store) in maryvale
They just closed one if the longest black owned business in my neighborhood.
Barber shop be there since the 60's. I got my first cut, my prom cut, most of my cuts there...
I got my wedding cut from a barber that used to work there but opened his own shop. In fact most of the barbers that moved on from there I've been to their shops every now and again...
Funny story I ran into an IC poster at one of those shops...
Yo dead ass walked up on me outside while I was smoking like "is this the infamous du souljah?"

I remember him telling this story before, but I forgot who it was.
