" The Albuquerque Police Department activated a SWAT callout around 9:37 p.m. Wednesday night near 8100 San Joaquin Ave. APD Police Chief Harold Medina said officers were conducting surveillance on a wanted suspect with a felony warrant who is connected to several high-profile incidents around the city.
" Medina said SWAT was called when the suspect, identified as Qiaunt Kelly, barricaded themself in the house and refused to leave. Medina said that during the SWAT situation, different types of munitions were used and at about 1:00 a.m., one munition was put into a room in the home. Officials say around 3:30 a.m. Thursday, a fire broke out at the residence. APD is investigating to see if the munition is connected to the fire. The Arson Unit with the Albuquerque Fire Rescue is assisting in that investigation. "
