Nothing, but I did get a credit card for him to build his credit. Teach him how to use the card monthly but pay it off monthly so he can have a great credit history.

FYI to those parents who have older children, hell younger children, add them onto you credit card as an authorized user on that credit card.
You can build that child credit that way. IF you're a parent who is sitting at a 750-800 credit score and handle your credit card balances pretty good, that child being on there as a rider will benefit from your good money management.
