This thread is about the horror genre

old school hack and slash, the supernatural, etc...

I need some recommendations, preferably netflix

every time i do a google search for "top horror movies on netflix", i get mixed results

I trust most of ya'lls opinions...

but lets talk about it
 
They don't have good horror movies on netflix =/

Maybe they'll put some on there next month for halloween but the horror genre is always lacking on there. They don't even carry the classics like that.
 
Anybody know if the Autopsy of Jane Doe is any good? Might watch it this evening on Showtime app
 
I watched a movie Saturday called Never Hike Alone. Thought it was going to be some corny comedy shit and it started out that way kinda but it was actually a Friday the 13th movie with jason in it. It was actually pretty damn good.

You'll be hard pressed to find a good horror movie.

And by horror...I mean the old skool type movies where they showed muthafuccas gettin hacked up. Not that thriller shyt. The last Conjurer was cool tho.

Has anybody watched any good anime horror flicks? I remember scrolling past one that was a zombie flick, but couldn't remember the name
 
Funny thing is I actually come across good shit from time to time cuz me and my wife will literally watch anything ...

Like what? Even the B movies are kinda ehhh to me. They did have those "I spit on your grave" joints on there a while ago @AP21 but I don't think they're there anymore
 
i cant get into the insidious types of movies

i'on know...they just dont do anything for me

Yeah this is where Netflix is still C-D movie central.

@AP21 you rock wit Terrarium right? Just look there, they'll have most, if not all, the classic shit.

Nightmare on Elm St series (1st is the best and they start to get repetitive by the 4th. but they are still enjoyable)

Amityville
Poltergeist
OG IT (For a TV movie it's damn good and still holds up. One of the best made for TV movies of any genre)
