You pay what you ordered, if they didn't have enough then they shouldn't have went out.

Nah, this type of scenario for far from my character. I'm more likely to have one of the filet mignon mofos pay for my meal while I pick threw that $30 salad and sip water that I can only assume came from Lake Minnetonka.....

this actually happened to me a while back
a homeboy of a homeboy wanted to go out to eat for his bday. He came into a lil settlement and was just buying all kinds of niggerish shit. But he asked everybody to kinda dress up or whatever. So we go to this spot here in BR where EVERYTHING is a la carte. MISS ME WIT ALLLLL OF DAT!!!
i aint know at the time b/c i didnt even realize this was actually a restaurant all the times i would pass it by driving
anyway, im looking at these prices getting nervous af. So, i ordered soup and salad and even that shit was damn near $30...so everybody else getting steaks and shit (steak restaurant)...the waiter comes, and gives everyone their ticket. The dude like "ya'll just give ya'll ticket to me". The bill was like $800. AINT NO WAY I was gon pay more than what i ordered. He ended picking up the tab or whatever, but i still thought that was kinda crazy b/c it was his bday and he paid for everybody food.
I couldnt let him pay for all of mine so i gave him some money towards the tip

brah a lot of those a la carte places be having pretty average food, but they've done a fantastic job of marketing themselves as the place to eat that pretty average food
they got a place down the street from me that is PACKED damn near every night...but when LSU football in season? good luck getting a table w/o a reservation. Those cacs be lining up to spend money on that shit.
I'll pay $30+ for a steak or lobster dinner no problem, but for just a salad, shiiiiiiittttt.
