which meal do you skip in a day?

I skip none. Gotta keep my protein to like at least 170g a day and calories at a certain level. It depends if im cutting or bulking

Breakfast is the most important for me. Gives me energy after a morning workout.

There are days when im busy and lunch may be missed.
 
Breakfast usually. I just need a coffee and water and im good till lunch. Never been much of a Breakfast person. I'll only do breakfast if I've been up all night.
