We already know they adding more cut (ethanol) to the work. They've openly announced it in Canada and the US.

Yeah, some people speaking just don't know what they are talking about. It is true that our leadership often oversells our power especially in comparison to China, but the failures in this conflict have nothing to do with power. We don't even know what "winning" this war would look like since the President didn't even have a plan going in.
