The Wu-Tang Clan Has Been Inducted Into The Rock n Roll HOF

So I agree with your first sentence.

I'm not sure about the second sentence though. Are you talking about unique with respect to other music that's out or with respect to her own work? If it's the former then she's had songs like Flower of the Universe and the Big Unknown that don't sound like any other artists in the past 10 years. If it's the latter, then I'd say Soldier of Love is pretty different than her typical stuff.
Her typical stuff.

I can see why you’d think Soldier of Love sounds different sonically, but it’s still, “Your Love is King” with the words switched up.

lol I he folks feeling like we should have our own hip hop HOF. But let’s keep it real would yall take it serious or view it like BET Awards.

Niggas will take it seriously if the people who put it together and present it take it seriously.

I'm probably the only person that gives a shit about this on here but I gotta say even though this is a refreshingly good line-up of nominees this year... putting Joy Division and New Order as one thing is a little bit of a slight. It puts a (*) on each group and they each deserve to be in the HOF in their own right.

It's two completely different sounds that essentially spawned two or arguably three completely different subgenres of music.

Only here, on this site, I would find slander even towards Sade
I never slandered her.

I merely spoke the truth regarding her growth as an Artist/Band.

Her music is perfectly serviceable, consistent and timeless.

That being said it is also incredibly formulaic, which can be seen as a blessing and a curse.

I just said it in a manner which seems… truthful.

This is facts. She has her own style. If you love that style you'll love her music. If you don't love that style her music could probably get boring.

She's still my favorite (non-rap) artist.
