"You Can't Date White Women and Be Pro Black", but I bet you'll smash Candace Owens though.

It's unclear. Did she lie or was it a case of mistaken identity? If it was the latter, then I can understand him being willing to accept the apology as is. If it was the former, I could understand him being willing to accept the apology if it came from her while she was in a prison serving out her time for robbing him of his life.

According to what happened, she was raped and then some months later saw Anthony Broadwater randomly on the street and thought he was the man who assaulted her and told the police. She couldn't identify him in a line up but still somehow identified him in court.

Man

If you accuse me of something I didn't do, you better make sure I'm the one you wanna go down that path with

I wonder what his initial defense was cause what was his alibi if he didn't do it

See, I don't know if I'm putting this on her if she legitimately thought he was the guy. I'm putting that on the DA and the police. It's scientific fact that our memories get messed up over time and we can legitimately think things are true when they just aren't. Cops and attorneys know that. Like a day after an incident, half of a person's recollection of an event could be completely bogus. I wouldn't be surprised if she told them she wasn't 100% sure and they boosted her up to believe she was. There are documented cases of cops lying to witnesses to get them to point the finger at people.

If she actually lied on purpose that's one thing. If she thought dude might have been the rapist and the cops put a battery in her back, they are the ones at fault.

Give him some the money she made from the book then

And here he go accepting the apology

C'mon brah

Wake the fuck up

It's ok to not be the bigger person

Fuck that bitch

What's really fucked up about this, is she's acting like she didn't commit a crime by making a false accusation.

She's acting like it was only a "mistake."

She needs to be locked up.

Agreed. If she really was sorry, she should do something for him. Even if it was an honest mistake, she's been living the good life and he was trapped in hell.

She does have amends to make. I'm just not putting her in the same category as the chicks that lied and knew they were lying. That's some evil ish.
