This shit was comedy, cuz he was right about damn near everything. Something he missed was the tennis court having no fence to stop the balls. Proves that a lot of these developers are mostly rich people with too much money that think they have taste. Throwing money at something doesnt just make it better. But we know some sucker will buy it an they'll profit.

 
I’m not troubled at this happening. In fact I feel like, this can happen in a black ran city and everything still be fine.

Unfortunately we do come from places where sometimes hands talk.
