i go twice a year.. you be surprised how many bad teeth people(men&women) avoid going for fear of hearing they got multiple cavities or fear a tooth have to get pulled.

Once a year. I consistently floss, use mouthwash and brush my teeth x2 a day which maintains my gum and teeth health until my next dentist visit.
