Does Corporal Punishment work on teen boys? Man slaps son for posing online with guns.

So I saw this being shared and a lot of folks are saying dad is justified because posing with guns is crazy and dangerous and at least he cares. But on the other hand folks think this can make the kid worse do the embarrassment of the situation.

I’m not big on hitting kids and I def think had this been done at home like at grandma house it would be less embarrassing than online.

And also does being able to beat your kid ass really always keep them out of trouble? What if they don’t gaf and a lot of niggas in prison got beatings.
 
no, threats of corporal punishment didn’t work on me when I was a teen. conversations that pointed out the potential consequences of my actions did though

How long til this one is killed cause his dad ho’d him on the internet?

Remember that last one bout 10 years ago that was flexing on the internet and his dad straight up got on his account whooped his ass for all to see and then about 3 months later the boy was shot dead.

I've always said this. All you do is put your kid in a position where they're gonna have to fight their way home from school everyday. If your goal is to keep them out of trouble...this is counter productive.

Recording it for humiliation is clown work.

I did hit my son in the chest a few months back bcuz it was 930 he was still outside and I told him to be in at 8. And he wasn't answering his phone. So I had to go outside to find him.

That was the last time I had to do that.
 
When you have children, you’ve got 18 years to convince them that you’re worth their time when they don’t need you anymore. Your present is their past, just as you need to remember. Your past was your parents present. You are creating both of you guys future.
