I bet its not just that. So you lock up things an employee has to open, people are prob fine with that. But to show more profit on the books, you cut a bunch of ya employees to lower payroll; now people have to hunt for someone to unlock stuff they want to buy. Or worse, wait for them to be finished with a long line at the register before they can come help you. Bet a ton of people were like ,'fuck it' and left.
