iono bruh. he dont have much else going on at the moment far as we know.

But who knows.. maybe the pressure of tryna do something different than Chadwick did with the character was too much for whoever turned it down

Only other person I could think of is John David Washington.
 
All three mentioned so far would be good choices IMO.

I think Damson would be the top pick.. followed by Aldis then John David.

I put John David last cuz iono if he has that presence just yet if that makes sense

It sounds crazy, but a lot of actors have explained turning down marvel roles. Mostly because they are big contracts for big money, but they always have to maintain a mostly open schedule and always stay in shape. Not many opportunities to do anything else in their career until they're contract is up.

Huge money though.
