According to spotify I listened to Nas, Drake, Outlast, Lupe, and Cole the most in 2024. A lot more heat was made in prior years imo.
Seeing how only 2 of them made rap albums (great albums BTW) there wasn't much going on in 2024 for me.

I thought rap was dying. 2024 showed me a resurrection. There's still hope 4 HipHop
2023 is the worst year in rap ever. You can forgive 2020 and 2021 for what was going on in the world but 2023 was as bad as it's ever been. 2024 is a dope year but most projects get buried underneath the hype over rap beefs. But once the top guys go back to stop giving us dope projects, it will revert back to the BS that was 2023.
