If a player was averaging 11 points, 4.2 assists, 3.8 rebounds while shooting 44% from 3 off the bench the past 5 games would you consider that good?

I wonder if his BBIQ would translate into him being a good coach. Some people have the knowledge but not the people skills. I'm not sure if that is even what he would like to get into. I think he would be what everyone thinks Rondo would be.
