He was perfectly fine as an interior defender and rim protector

His problem was his inability to to move his feet and defend further out on the perimeter

This season he looks heavier and it's reflecting in his play, giving up much more at the basket

That's a bad loss but tbh I think Chicago and Billy Donavan deserve a little praise for being much better than people thought despite having some truly horrible defensive personnel

Being 14th in offensive is impressive and if the Bulls weren't incentivized to loss they could absolutely make the playoffs imo

The fact that you've rehabilitated Lavine and maybe even La Flare's value enough to get actually net a positive return would be a successful season if I was a Bill's fan
