I'm not good at cooking yo. I can just do regular stuff. I'm too lazy, I need a lady that loves to cook yo. Speaking to a Puerto Rican chick i met at Mo's bar in downtown Brooklyn and she can cook.

lol I don't really understand this post. I know how to cook and do most of the cooking in my house. That said, I would love it if my wife was a great cook and actually loved doing. Most men would. That seems like a no brainer.

My point probably wasn't articulated the best

Let me attempt to clarify. I personally do not believe you should be seeking a mate for the sole reason they can cook. It's nice if they can but as a functioning adult, you should also be able to cook

It's a simple survival tactic imo. No one is saying you gotta be Emeril but damn, you just gonna starve until you find a woman that can cook?

That makes sense.

I agree cooking ability shouldn't be the only or most important thing you look for. I don't think it's crazy for it to be high on your list. You eat everyday. Having a partner that will reliably give you good and healthy meals is a big benefit in a variety of ways.
